1. The Agreement

This document is a binding agreement between you and Clarksclankers LLC, a cabinet hardware supplier and fitting guidance counter at 125 E Main St, American Fork - 84003-2407, United States (US). It replaces any earlier version of the terms published on this website. Where a written order confirmation sets different terms for a specific trade order, that confirmation governs to the extent of any conflict.

You can reach us at admin@clarksclankers.buzz or by telephone at +15099068321 with any question about these terms. We want the agreement to be readable, so we avoid dense wording and explain each obligation in the order it becomes relevant.

2. Eligibility And Use

You may use this website if you can form a binding contract and you are old enough to do so in your jurisdiction. If you use the site on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these terms. This site serves customers in the United States and elsewhere, and it is not directed at anyone who is barred from using it under applicable law.

We grant you a limited, non exclusive and revocable permission to view the site and to use it for lawful purposes connected with our services. That permission does not include copying the site for a competing venture, scraping it at scale, or interfering with its normal operation. We may withdraw the permission if the site is misused, and we will usually explain why.

3. Our Services

Clarksclankers LLC provides cabinet hardware supply and fitting guidance through six named services: hinge fitting and alignment, drawer pull matching, latch and catch setup, hardware restoration, bulk trade supply and fit clinic appointments. This website describes those services so that you can decide whether they suit your job. A description on the site is an invitation to talk, not a binding offer, and the exact scope of any job is set when we confirm it with you.

Because cabinet hardware covers a wide range, some requests fall outside what we stock or what we can responsibly fit. When that happens we will tell you plainly and, where we can, point you toward a better route. Honesty about what we cannot do is part of what we sell, and it protects you from a poor outcome as much as it protects us from a promise we should not have made.

4. Orders And Acceptance

You can place an enquiry through this website or by contacting the counter directly. An enquiry is not an order, and an order is not accepted until we confirm it. We may confirm an order in writing, by email or in person, and the confirmation will list the items, quantities and any agreed fitting or restoration work. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, where the request is unclear or where we believe the arrangement would be unlawful.

Please check the confirmation carefully. If a quantity, a finish or a center to center measurement is wrong, tell us before the order is pulled. We work from the confirmation, so an error that reaches the bench becomes an error in the box, and correcting it early saves a return and a delay. For trade orders we are glad to accept a cut list and to confirm it line by line.

5. Pricing And Payment

Prices are quoted at the counter or in a written estimate and may change before an order is accepted. A quoted price holds for the period stated in the quote, and if no period is stated it holds for a reasonable time while the job is discussed. Prices are stated in United States dollars unless we agree otherwise in writing. We aim to price for trade clearly, without hidden charges that appear only at the end of a job.

Payment terms are set out in the order confirmation or the estimate. Retail purchases at the counter are settled at the time of supply unless we agree otherwise. Trade accounts may be offered terms at our discretion, and those terms may be withdrawn if an account falls behind. Late payment may pause further supply, and we will give notice before taking that step. This website does not process card payments and does not store payment credentials.

6. Supply And Matching

We supply hardware by the unit, by the box and by the pallet. When you ask us to match a part, we rely on the measurements, photographs or samples you provide. A match is our best professional judgement based on what we are shown, and it is only as accurate as the information behind it. If a sample reaches us in person, our match is usually exact enough to fit the same opening without adjustment.

Finishes can vary between production batches, and a photograph can shift a tone. Where an exact visual continuity matters, please ask us to confirm the batch before you buy a full run. If a supplied item does not match the confirmation, tell us promptly and we will correct it. Our aim is a set that reads as one family across every cabinet front.

7. Fit Clinic Appointments

A fit clinic is a booked session at our bench where we work through a fitting question with you. Booking holds a slot, and a missed session without notice is difficult to fill at short warning, so please tell us early if you need to move an appointment. We may reschedule a clinic for a genuine reason such as illness or weather, and we will offer the next suitable slot.

During a clinic we may handle tools and materials, and safety is a shared responsibility. You agree to follow reasonable safety directions, to tell us about any hazard you bring with you, and to bring only items that can be worked on safely at a bench. Children are welcome to observe when supervised by a parent or guardian, but the bench itself is an adult workspace.

8. Restoration Work

Restoration is offered on a best efforts basis. Older hardware carries hidden history, and a part that looks sound can reveal a weakened knuckle, a cracked plate or a spring with no temper left once it is cleaned. We will tell you when we believe a part is beyond safe restoration and recommend a replacement instead. A decision to restore is a decision to accept that outcome, because we cannot promise a result that the metal itself will not allow.

Where restoration involves a finish refresh, the result will reflect the original surface and the wear it carries. We aim to respect the character of the part rather than erase it, so a restored set will keep the marks that show its age. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, a restored item is supplied as a restoration and not as a new item, and it carries no finish guarantee.

9. Fitting Guidance

We give fitting guidance in good faith, drawing on daily counter experience. Guidance covers hinge alignment, pull matching, catch setup and related work, and it is meant to help you make a sound decision. It is not a substitute for inspecting your own cabinet, and it does not transfer responsibility for a fitting decision away from the person doing the work.

If you follow guidance and something still goes wrong, the fault may lie with the cabinet rather than the advice. A swollen frame, a warped door or a carcass out of square can defeat a correct fitting. In those cases we will help you diagnose the real cause. Guidance is provided as information, and any reliance you place on it is a decision you make with your own job in view.

10. Delivery And Pickup

Orders may be collected from the counter at 125 E Main St, American Fork - 84003-2407, United States (US) or delivered by an arrangement we confirm. For staged trade orders we will label each bundle so that the right hardware reaches the right room. A pickup is complete when you or your carrier collect the order, and delivery risk passes according to the terms we confirm in writing.

Please inspect a delivery when it arrives. If a box is damaged, note it with the carrier and contact us the same day. We pack carefully, but a damaged carton is easier to resolve when it is reported quickly. For delivered orders we will work with you and the carrier to replace a missing or broken item without making you chase the problem alone.

11. Returns And Shortfalls

If an item does not match the confirmation, contact us promptly and we will correct it. Unused stock hardware in its original condition may be returned within a reasonable period for a refund or a credit, subject to a restocking charge where a special order was pulled for you. We will explain any charge before we apply it, and we will not surprise you with a deduction.

Special order finishes, cut to length items and restored pieces may not be returnable, because they cannot be sold to another customer in the same condition. A shortfall or an over shipment is our responsibility to resolve, so count your delivery and tell us if the total does not match. We would rather fix a count error than have you discover it halfway through a fit.

12. Warranties And Disclaimers

We supply hardware that is fit for its ordinary purpose and we stand behind the quality of what we sell. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, this website and its content are provided as they are, without additional warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, that it will be free of error, or that every description will match every batch of stock exactly.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so part of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits a warranty that cannot lawfully be limited. If a mandatory consumer law in your region gives you a right that is stronger than these terms, that right prevails, and we will honour it without argument.

13. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Clarksclankers LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from guidance we provide. This includes lost profit, lost work time and damage to a cabinet beyond the hardware itself where the cause lies elsewhere. Our total liability for a supply matter is limited to the amount you paid for the hardware in question.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or liability for fraud. Where a limitation is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts of these terms continue in force. We keep this section narrow on purpose, because our real aim is to supply good hardware and to stand behind it, not to hide behind paperwork.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Clarksclankers LLC against claims, losses and reasonable costs that arise from your misuse of the site, from a fitting you perform contrary to our guidance, or from information you provide that turns out to be inaccurate or unlawful. This obligation exists so that a problem caused by a decision outside our control does not fall on the counter that gave honest advice.

The indemnity is limited to what is fair in the circumstances and does not cover a claim caused by our own negligence. We will tell you promptly if a claim arises, and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it. Cooperation early is almost always cheaper than a dispute later, and we prefer the former.

15. Intellectual Property

The text, layout, artwork and code of this website belong to Clarksclankers LLC or are used with permission. The business name, the counter identity and the fitting guidance we have written are our property. You may read the site, print a page for your own use and share a link, but you may not copy the site wholesale, rebrand it or present our content as your own.

Third party names and marks that appear on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe hardware or to point to a source. If you believe a piece of our content infringes a right you hold, contact us at admin@clarksclankers.buzz with the details and we will review it promptly and act in good faith.

16. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully. You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its hosting, you will not introduce malicious code, and you will not use the site to harass, defraud or mislead anyone. You will not scrape the site at scale or place unreasonable load on it, and you will not attempt to reverse engineer a part of the service that we have not opened to you.

If you send us a message, keep it honest and relevant. Do not use the contact form to transmit unlawful content, another person information without their consent, or material that infringes a right. We may refuse to act on a message that breaks these rules and, where necessary, report the matter. A small counter works best when everyone treats it with ordinary courtesy.

17. Third Party Content

This website may refer to hardware made by other businesses, or link to a catalogue, a map or a manufacturer page. Those references exist to help you find what you need. We do not control the content on an external site, we do not endorse every statement it makes, and we are not responsible for the products or practices it describes. A link is a pointer, not a promise.

Where we rely on a supplier for a special order, the availability and specification of that item can change without our knowledge. We will tell you when we learn of a change and we will offer an alternative where one exists. If an external site misrepresents an item, please tell us, because we would rather know than pass the problem along to the next customer.

18. Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the site if you breach these terms or if we are required to do so by law. We may also decline to continue a trade account where an account is in arrears or where an arrangement has become unworkable. When we take such a step, we will give a reason where it is safe and lawful to do so, and we will honour any supply already confirmed.

You may stop using the site at any time. Ending your use does not cancel an order already confirmed or a payment already due. The sections of these terms that by their nature should survive, such as those on liability, indemnity and intellectual property, continue to apply after your use ends.

19. Governing Law And Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah in the United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts located in Utah have jurisdiction over any dispute that arises, unless a mandatory law in your own region requires otherwise. Where a dispute concerns a consumer right that cannot be waived, that right is preserved.

Before resorting to formal proceedings, please talk to us. Most problems at a hardware counter are solved by a conversation, a replacement part or a short visit to the bench. We will make a genuine effort to resolve a concern directly, and we ask for the same good faith from you. A quick call to +15099068321 often settles in minutes what a letter cannot settle in weeks.

20. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect how the counter works or to meet a legal requirement. When we update them, we will revise the effective date at the top of the page. If a change is significant, we will highlight it on the website so that regular visitors notice. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

The terms that apply to a specific order are the terms in force when we confirm that order, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We keep a record of past versions so that a confirmed order is never governed by a clause that changed afterwards. If you want to know which version applied to your order, ask us and we will tell you.

21. How To Contact Us

For any question about these Terms of Service, write to admin@clarksclankers.buzz, telephone +15099068321, or visit the counter at 125 E Main St, American Fork - 84003-2407, United States (US) during business hours. Our team is small, and the person who answers is likely to be the person who knows your order, which keeps the conversation short and useful.

Thank you for reading these terms in full. We supply cabinet hardware and guide every fit so that a door or drawer closes with one clean, satisfying clank. These terms exist to keep that work clear and fair for both sides, so that the only thing you have to think about is the fit itself, and whether the hardware you chose feels exactly right in the hand.
